Natalie Collins, MS
Resident in School Psychology (VA #0816000092) | Licensed Educational Psychologist (CA #4351)
My work with children and families is both professional and personal. As a military spouse and mother of three, I understand that every family’s journey is unique, and that supporting a child often means supporting the whole family.

I began my career as a special education teacher and have spent more than a decade working with neurodivergent children and their families in educational and clinical settings. As a resident in school psychology, I specialize in comprehensive psychoeducational assessment, counseling, and helping families navigate the IEP and 504 process.

My professional experience, combined with my own experiences as a parent and military family, has shaped my collaborative, strengths-based approach. I believe every child deserves to be understood as a whole person, not simply by a diagnosis or a test score. My goal is to help families better understand their child, recognize their strengths, and feel confident with accessable tools moving forward.
Credentials and Education
I graduated with a Bachelor's in Science in Neurobiology & Psychology from the University of Wisconsin Madison and a Masters of Science in School Psychology from National University.
