Fee Schedule & Billing
Consultation Fees
Initial individual consultations are free of charge. Follow-up therapy sessions are $175 per 45-minute clinical hour.
Diagnostic Assessments
Comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations vary based on complexity. Packages include records review, clinical interview(s) testing, scoring, and a detailed feedback session with a written report. After an initial consultation, I can provide you with a good faith estimate for assessment services.
Insurance & Billing
I am in network with United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, and Medicare. However, some assessments are not covered by insurance, so your individual plan and coverage should be verified prior to the start of services.Â
Â
I provide monthly superbills that you can submit to your insurance carrier for potential reimbursement based on your plan.
Private School Entrance Evaluations
An individual administration of the WISC-V, WPPSI-IV, or WIAT-4 is a $450 flat fee. This includes the intake, assessment report, and a 45 minute feedback session. My current turn around for these reports is 1-2 weeks after testing is completed.Â

If 2 measures are needed, the fee is $750. More than 3 measures will be priced based on the necessary components after an initial intake call.Â
Payment Methods
Payments for therapy sessions are collected at the time of service. For Assessment, 50% of the fee is collected at the first assessment session and ther remainder is collected prior to the feedback session. Fees are collected via credit card, HSA/FSA cards, or check. All payments are made to Dynamic Psych Services.Â
Flat Fee Academic Assessment
Most insurances do not cover academic testing. I offer a variety of academic assessments for a flat fee:Â
Kindergarten Readiness: $500
Giftedness: $750
Academic Acheivement (WIAT-4): $450
Specific assessments related to dyslexia or dysgraphia: $550
